If you subscribed on iOS you will need to reach out to Apple directly on
https://getsupport.apple.com. Refunds are given at their discretion.
Android Refunds:For monthly & annual subscriptions, if within 48 hours of purchase, contact the Google Play Store -
play.google.com/store/account.For annual subscriptions only, if after 48 hours & within 30 days of purchase, we are usually able to accommodate your request.
Web Refunds:For subscription purchases made through the Over website, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests for:
- Monthly subscriptions within 48 hours of purchase, and;
- Annual subscriptions within 30-days of purchase
For security purposes please don’t include any sensitive personal information like bank details or passwords.
